SAV club
2023-2022 GOALS
With around 1/2 of americans being lactose intolerant we hope to incorporate soy milk into your every lunch. Not only that we hope to have our own vertical garden at Huron Highschool.
2022-2021 goals
As we return to school, we will start working on our plan to incorporate more plant-based options in to school lunches. Our first-year of in-person club will start this year, and we hope to make this a fun club where ideas can be shared and connections can be made.
2021-2020 Goals
This is our first year of SAV! We hope to teach people how living a plant-based lifestyle can help you and the animals in our lives!
Our Mission
Our mission is teach people how to live their life in balance with the environment. Learn how to help yourself, people around you, the environment, and animals. Everyone is welcome to join the club, what matters is the actions you take to help! Join us and learn how to live a sustainable and healthy life!
THE THOUGHTS
We wanted to start this club because we wanted to make a place where we could teach others about living sustainably and why living plant-based would help. Both of these topics can be very personal, which is also why we wanted to create a safe place-for people to share their ideas.
With almost 1/2 of americans being lactose intolerant we hope to incorporate soy milk in our school lunches. We hope they improve the school meals, by making them tasty!
